E-commerce Customer Care Representative

Position Overview

Surya is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Customer Care Representative to process orders
for our e-commerce customers. This individual will work directly with the Surya's e-commerce, EDI, and web-based platforms to ensure exceptional Customer Support striving to exceed customer expectations.

Essential Duties

  • Processing orders, resolving any issues, and answering questions for e-commerce clients via ticketing system, phone and online portals
  • Validate tracking in Microsoft Excel
  • Ensure prompt communication to customers, maintaining a high degree of customer service at all times
  • Build relationships with online customers
  • Work with automated and manual processes to a successful outcome and positive customer experience


  • High school diploma required, College experience preferred
  • Strong desire to work collaboratively with well-established team
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow through with a strong sense of initiative
  • Professional phone and email demeanor
  • Team player with drive and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • 2 years’ experience in a Customer-Facing support role
  • Must be able to commute to work onsite at our corporate office in White, GA
